What we store

Only what is necessary to run the game: the parent’s email address, the child’s chosen pseudonym, scores, badges, and accessibility preferences. We never store real names or photos of children.

What we never do

  • No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics tracking children.
  • No chat, comments, or messaging between users.
  • No external links presented to children inside the game.
  • No sale or sharing of personal data.

Your rights

Parents can update, export, or delete their child’s data — or the entire account — at any time from the Parent Area. Deletion is immediate and complete.

Storage

Data is stored in a GDPR-compliant region. Access is restricted to authorised Smart Frames UI staff.
